I am your typical middle-class mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who happens to be divorced and disabled. I suffered a back injury several years ago and it wasn’t long before I realized that I had to change careers. I was no longer capable of doing the same sort of work that I was accustomed to doing which required a lot of hours on my feet. So I took some college courses and started doing office work. But even with that I found it difficult to sit for long hours. I knew it was just a matter of time before I would be deemed disabled and unable to work but I was determined to hold out as long as I could.
I have two children who have grown into two amazing adults and made me very proud. I have seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren with another one on the way. I also have 2 dogs and a cat.
I grew up in small town USA. where everybody knows everybody and your neighbors are always there with a helping hand. We never locked our doors at night. As children, during school breaks, when we woke up in the mornings we jumped on our bicycles and we hit the roads. Our parents didn’t hear from us again until we got hungry or wanted something. But then we were off again. We just knew to be home before the street lights came on. Wow! Those were the days. The days of innocence. The good ole days.
As I mentioned in the beginning here I knew I wasn’t going to last too much longer working a steady job outside of the house because of the injury I had suffered years earlier so I knew I would have to find something to help put food on my table since I lived alone and had no other kind of income. I knew my savings wouldn’t hold out forever. That’s what got me started in internet marketing. I knew it could work. I had dabbled in it before and made a little money at it so I knew it was possible. I just had to figure out how the big guys do it. Figure out how to make enough money doing it to make a living from it.
So that’s where I’m at. My whole life is dedicated to building this online business and I invite you to join me and take this journey with me.
